-"Integrating ultrasound has allowed me to confidently assist patients to faster recoveries and discharge by reducing narcotics needed to be comfortable or pain free. Being able to pin-point locations using allows for adequate blockade and reduces the chance of misplaced needles as compared to stimulation alone. It also allows for pin-point accuracy of sensory blocks that would otherwise be nearly impossible."

"The most rewarding aspect of UGRA is being capable of offering the patients and surgeons a pain-free surgical course! It also makes you a more well-rounded and marketable provider. Learn it! Dive right in and spend the time, effort, and money associated w/learning the skills and techniques. Find a good mentor, watch, learn, then perfect your techniques through repetition. I recommend, without hesitation, the techniques and skills taught via the RegionalAnesthesiaSeminars.com web content and hands-on course!"

-Tosha's integral role in our ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia program is essential to its success! Her knowledge and training contribute greatly to the efficient and seamless flow we enjoy while performing blocks.

-"The most rewarding part of assisting with regional anesthesia is aiding in providing a near pain-free procedure for the patient. Patients have a positive outlook during the post-op process when they have little to no pain. Find a couple of nurses and train them to assist. An extra set of eyes and knowledge helps in making the regional anesthesia procedure be successful in a timely manner." Tosha enjoys playing with her son, reading, and being outdoors.
